1 Why is signing in to BH 999 so easy?
BH 999 was built with everyday Bangladeshi users in mind. Since most people log in from their phones, the entire login experience is mobile-first. Form fields are kept large so typing on a small screen is easy, and the keyboard automatically opens in the right mode – numeric or text – as needed.
Logging in to BH 999 takes just two things – the mobile number you registered with and your password. No email required, no username to remember. Your mobile number is your identity, and every Bangladeshi already knows their number by heart.
If you keep the "Remember me" option enabled, you won't need to type your mobile number again next time. Just enter your password and you're in. For security reasons, your password is never saved.
To avoid login issues, you don't need to include the country code (+880) before your number. Just start with 01.
2 What to do if you forget your password?
Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Resetting it on BH 999 is simple, and the entire process is completely secure.
No BH 999 representative will ever ask for your password. If anyone does, it's a scam — immediately Help Center let us know.
3 What should you do if you change your phone or number?
If you get a new phone or need to change your number, contact the BH 999 support team. If you no longer have access to your old number, your identity can be verified and your account transferred to your new number.
For security purposes, a National ID or Birth Registration Certificate may be required during this process. It is usually resolved within 24 hours.
Whatever the reason you can't access your own account — a lost device, a changed number, or a forgotten password — BH 999's support team is always ready to help. Just Help Center go there and describe your situation.
4 Can I be logged in on multiple devices at the same time?
BH 999 supports multiple device logins on a single account. You can play on your phone and check your account on a tablet or laptop at the same time.
However, if a login attempt is made from an unrecognized device, a security verification will be required. You can check where your account was last accessed from in your account settings. If you spot any unfamiliar login, change your password immediately and contact support.
Avoid logging in to BH 999 over public Wi-Fi. Using mobile data is much safer.
